  • 1 tablespoon Ginger(grated)
  • 3 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 250 ml Chicken broth
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Curry powder
  • to taste Salt

  • 2 Optional: Chili peppers(finely chopped)
