- 500 g Phyllo dough
- 400 g Walnuts or pistachios(finely chopped)
- 250 g Butter(melted)
- 300 g Sugar
- 250 ml Water
- 120 ml Honey
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Brush phyllo sheets with butter, layer half in pan.

Spread nut mixture. Layer remaining phyllo, buttering each.

Cut into diamonds. Bake at 175Β°C until golden.

Make syrup: boil sugar, water, honey, lemon. Pour hot over baked baklava.
