- 1 liter Fish stock or water
- 1 medium Onion(chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 inch piece Ginger(grated)
- 2 medium Tomatoes(chopped)
- 10 Curry leaves
- 2 Thyme sprigs
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
