Lulada
Lulada is a tart, refreshing, and vibrant fruit drink, a specialty from the Valle del Cauca region of Colombia. It features the unique lulo fruit, known for its citrusy and tropical notes, blended with sugar and water, and served over ice for ultimate refreshment.

- 100g Granulated sugar(adjust to taste)

Prepare the Lulo: Carefully peel the fuzzy outer skin from the lulo fruits. Cut the fruits in half and scoop out the pulp and seeds into a blender. You should have about 2 cups of lulo pulp. Reserve a few small pieces of the lulo pulp for garnish if desired.

Blend the Lulo: Add the lulo pulp to the blender. Add the granulated sugar and 1 cup of the cold water. Pulse the blender a few times until the lulo is broken down but still has some texture; avoid blending it completely smooth. The mixture should be thick and slightly pulpy.

Adjust Consistency and Sweetness: Add the remaining 1 cup of cold water to the blender and pulse briefly to combine. Taste the mixture and add more sugar if you prefer it sweeter, blending for a few more seconds. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more water until you reach your desired consistency.
