- 500 g New potatoes(boiled until tender and cooled)
- 200 g Pickled herring fillets(drained and cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1/2 medium Red onion(finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup Fresh dill(chopped)
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 50 ml Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
