- 2 medium Potatoes(cubed)
- 2 medium Carrots(sliced)
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup Fresh dill(chopped)
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley(chopped)
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
