- 80 ml Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- for drizzling Olive oil

Soak and cook chickpeas very soft.

Blend with tahini, lemon, garlic.

Add ice water for creaminess.

Plate. Drizzle oil. Top with whole chickpeas.
