- 3 cups Basmati rice
- 4 cups Mixed fresh herbs
- 800 g White fish
- 1 tsp Saffron
- 4 tbsp Butter

Parboil rice. Mix with chopped herbs.

Layer in pot with butter.

Steam with tahdig.

Fry fish separately. Serve alongside.
