Jagnjeća Supa sa Povrćem (Serbian Lamb Vegetable Soup)

- 500 g Lamb(cut into cubes)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 large Onion(diced)
- 2 medium Carrots(diced)
- 2 medium Celery stalks(diced)
- 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 medium Potatoes(peeled and diced)
- 2 medium Tomatoes(diced)
- 2 Bay leaves
- 4 cup Chicken broth
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- for garnish Fresh parsley

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides.
