🧂 Ingredients

  • 800 g Pork shoulder or lamb leg(cut into 1.5-inch cubes)
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 large Bell peppers (various colors)(cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 large Red onions(cut into wedges)
  • 1 medium Zucchini(cut into 1-inch thick rounds)
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes

    In a bowl, combine pork or lamb cubes with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or preferably longer in the refrigerator.

    Thread the marinated meat onto skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper and red onion.
