- 2 cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour(or regular all-purpose flour)
- 1.5 tsp Paprika
- 1.5 tsp Black pepper
- 0.25 tsp Chilli flakes(optional)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 0.75 cup Water(plus more if needed)
- Olive oil(for frying)
