  • 300 g Flour
  • 250 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 400 g Yogurt
  • 60 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp each Tomato paste and paprika
  • 3 cloves Garlic

    Make dough. Roll very thin. Cut small squares.

    Fill with meat. Pinch closed.

    Boil or bake until cooked.
