- 0.5 lb Dried prunes(pitted)
- 0.5 lb Dried apricots
- 0.5 lb Raisins(seedless)
- 0.25 cup Minute tapioca
- 0.5 cup Orange juice
- 0.33 cup Sugar(or honey, to taste)
- 1 whole Cinnamon stick
- 1 tbsp Orange peel(thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp Lemon peel(thinly sliced)
- 1 pinch Salt

In a large pot, combine the water, prunes, apricots, and raisins. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the fruits are tender.
