  • 2 medium Tomatoes(chopped)
  • 1 medium Zucchini(sliced)
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 250 ml Chicken broth or water
  • 1.5 tsp Salt(or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper(or to taste)
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 0.5 cup Black olives(optional)
