  • 7 g Active dry yeast

  • 1 large Eggs(beaten, for dough)
  • 50 ml Vegetable oil
  • 100 g Pitted black olives(chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Dried rujna paprika (sweet red pepper flakes)
  • 1 large Egg yolk(beaten with 1 tbsp milk, for brushing)

    In a small bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.

    In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Make a well in the center.

    Pour the yeast mixture, beaten egg, and vegetable oil into the well. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.

    Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
