- 400 g Minced meat (beef or lamb)
- 1 medium Eggplant(peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 medium Onion(finely chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves(minced)
- 1 large Egg
- 4 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped)
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 3 tbsp Olive oil(for frying or baking)
