🧂 Ingredients

  • 400 g Silver carp fillets(or other firm white fish, cut into medium strips)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black ground pepper
  • to taste Red ground pepper
  • 300 g Champignons (mushrooms)(cleaned and sliced)
  • 4 medium Carrots(peeled and grated)
  • 1 large Yellow onion(peeled and finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil(for frying)
  • 250 g Hard cheese(grated)
  • 200 ml Sour cream
  • 1/2 bunch Fresh dill(finely chopped)
  • 1/2 Lemon(sliced into semi-circles)

    Wash and scale the fish, then remove bones. Cut the fish into medium strips. Rub the fish with salt, black pepper, and red pepper. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to marinate.

    While the fish is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Peel and grate the carrots. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean and slice the mushrooms.

    Preheat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and grated carrots, and sauté for 10-15 minutes until softened.

    Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan with the onions and carrots. Continue to stew for another 15 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.

    Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with foil.

    Arrange the marinated fish pieces on the prepared baking tray. Place lemon slices on top of the fish.
