  • 100 ml Milk

  • 1 kg Potatoes(waxy variety, boiled and cooled)
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 small Red onion(finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives(chopped)
  • to taste Salt and pepper
