  • 600 g Bell peppers (mixed colors)(seeded and cut into 2-3 cm pieces)
  • 2 medium Onions(chopped)
  • 1 large Tomatoes(chopped)
  • 5 cloves Garlic cloves(minced)
  • 2 Hot peppers (optional)(deseeded and finely chopped)
  • 1 bunch Fresh cilantro(chopped)
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley(chopped)
  • 1 bunch Fresh basil(chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt
