  • 4 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 tsp Cumin

  • 0.5 tsp Allspice
  • 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper(or to taste)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Tahini
  • 0.25 cup Lemon juice
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Fresh mint(chopped, for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp Pine nuts(toasted, for garnish (optional))
