  • 4 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 2 medium Tomatoes(diced)
  • 2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper or chili flakes(or to taste)
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 4-6 cups Water or vegetable broth(as needed)

  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice(for serving)
  • 2 tbsp Tahini(for serving (optional))
