  • 250 ml Chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Baharat spice mix
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 3 Cardamom pods
  • 1 Dried lime (loomi)(pierced)
  • 1 tbsp Honey or date syrup
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt(to taste)
  • Black pepper(to taste)
  • Fresh cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
