  • 2 large Onions(finely chopped)
  • 50 g Butter
  • 300 g Haggis(crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp Beef or lamb dripping (optional)
  • 200 ml Stock (beef or vegetable)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper(freshly ground)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
