  • 200 g Tomatoes(chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 1 inch piece Ginger(grated)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • a small bunch Fresh cilantro or parsley(chopped, for garnish)
