  • 6 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 2 inch piece Ginger(grated)
  • 1 medium Scotch bonnet pepper(finely chopped, seeds removed for less heat)
  • 3 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 400 g Tomatoes(canned, diced)
  • 400 ml Coconut milk(full-fat)
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
  • 1/2 cup Water(or as needed)
