  • 2 medium Tomatoes(sliced)
  • 2 tsp Spices (Baharat or mixed)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Olive oil(for frying)
  • 0.25 cup Pine nuts(toasted, for garnish)
