- 500 g Potatoes(peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes)
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Red chili powder(or to taste)
- 1 tsp Coriander powder

- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice(optional, for brightness)

Wash the cubed potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. This helps in achieving a crispier texture.
