Bahamian Goat Pepper Stew

- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste

- 6 cups Water or Broth
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt(or to taste)

- 2 stalks Green onions(chopped, for garnish)

Wash the goat meat thoroughly and pat dry. Season with salt and black pepper.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown the goat meat on all sides. Remove the meat and set aside.

In the same pot, add the chopped onion and sautรฉ until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped goat peppers. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
