Botswana Pumpkin and Beans Mash

- 500 g Pumpkin(peeled, deseeded, and cubed)
- 400 g Canned beans(e.g., cannellini or butter beans, rinsed and drained)
- 1 medium Onion(finely chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Ground coriander
- 0.5 tsp Ground cumin

Place the cubed pumpkin in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
