  • 500 g Yogurt
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Dried mint
  • for drizzling Olive oil
  • optional, for thinning Water

    Grate or dice cucumber. Salt and drain.

    Mix yogurt with garlic.

    Add cucumber. Thin with water if desired.
