- 1 Cucumber
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Dried mint
- for drizzling Olive oil
- optional, for thinning Water

Grate or dice cucumber. Salt and drain.

Mix yogurt with garlic.

Add cucumber. Thin with water if desired.

Top with olive oil and dried mint. Chill.
