  • 300 g Dried fish (bacalhau or similar)(soaked overnight and deboned)
  • 4 large Ripe bananas(peeled and sliced)
  • 150 ml Palm oil
  • 2 medium Onions(chopped)
  • 4 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 3 medium Tomatoes(diced)
  • 200 g Spinach(washed and chopped)
  • 150 g Okra(sliced)
  • 2 Chili peppers(to taste, finely chopped)
  • 500 ml Water

  • to taste Black pepper

    Prepare the dried fish by soaking it in water overnight to rehydrate and remove excess salt. Drain, rinse, debone, and cut into manageable pieces.
