- 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme(chopped)
- 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper

In a large bowl, combine the grated yam, dasheen, and sweet potato. Squeeze out any excess moisture from the grated provisions.
