- 2 medium Carrots(diced)
- 2 stalks Celery stalks(diced)
- 1 medium Zucchini(diced)

- 1 medium Onion(chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
