  • 1/2 cup Water or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges(for serving)
