- 1 medium Onion(finely chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 1/2 cup Fresh parsley(chopped)
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint(chopped)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper(optional)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil(for cooking)

In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
