  • 400 g Tomatoes(crushed or pureed)

  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream or Coconut milk

  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground)
  • 1.5 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder(adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped, for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges(for serving)

    Heat oil or ghee in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
