  • 1 kg Lamb intestines(cleaned thoroughly)
  • 200 g Ground lamb
  • 50 g Rice(short-grain, uncooked)
  • 1 medium Onion(finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic(minced)
  • 2 tbsp Mint(fresh, chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Parsley(fresh, chopped)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

    Clean the intestines: This is the most crucial step. Thoroughly wash and clean the lamb intestines multiple times under cold running water, inside and out, until they are completely clean and odor-free. Turn them inside out if necessary.
