Tender, marinated cubes of lamb or beef grilled on skewers, often served with fresh vegetables and a side of yogurt or ajvar.

- 600 g Lamb or Beef(cut into 1.5-inch cubes)
- 1 medium Onion(chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt

- 2 medium Bell Peppers(cut into chunks)
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 medium Red Onion(cut into wedges)

In a bowl, combine the cubed meat with chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator).

Thread the marinated meat onto the skewers, alternating with chunks of bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and red onion wedges.
