  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 medium Bell Peppers(cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Red Onion(cut into wedges)

    In a bowl, combine the cubed meat with chopped onion, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator).
