Finnish Macaroni Casserole with Reindeer

- 500 g Ground reindeer

- 2 tbsp Butter

- 700 ml Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 0.25 tsp Nutmeg(freshly grated)
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs(for topping)

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add ground reindeer to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess fat.
