- 1 kg Potatoes(peeled and thinly sliced)
- 500 g Finnish sausage (e.g., lenkkimakkara)(sliced)
- 1 large Onion(thinly sliced)
- 400 ml Heavy cream
- 100 ml Milk
- 150 g Grated cheese (e.g., Emmental or Edam)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill or parsley(chopped, for garnish (optional))
