- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(finely chopped, for garnish)
