- Imitation crab(as shown)
- 3/4 cup Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Wasabi
- 3 ounces Cream cheese
- 2-3 Green onions(chopped)
- 3 cups Rice(cooked)
- 1/3 cup Rice vinegar
- 1.5 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- Furikake(to taste)
- Sriracha(to taste)
- Seaweed wrappers(for serving)

Wash and cook the rice according to package instructions.

While the rice cooks, shred the imitation crab sticks with a fork and then chop them into tiny pieces with a knife.

Place the shredded and chopped imitation crab in a large bowl.

Add Kewpie mayonnaise, wasabi, cream cheese, and chopped green onions to the bowl with the crab. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large pan or baking dish.

Add rice vinegar, salt, and sugar to the rice and mix well.

Spread a layer of furikake over the seasoned rice.
