Piletina sa Pečurkama i Pavlaka Sosom (Chicken with Mushrooms and Sour Cream Sauce)

- 600 g Boneless, skinless chicken breasts(cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 medium Onion(finely chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic(minced)
- 400 g Fresh mushrooms(sliced)
- 200 ml Chicken broth
- 200 g Sour cream
- 1 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt(or to taste)
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper(freshly ground, or to taste)
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)

Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
