- 2 cups Yuca (cassava)(peeled and cut into chunks)
- 2 medium Green plantains(peeled and sliced into rounds)
- 2 medium Potatoes(peeled and diced)

- 1 medium Bell pepper(diced)
- 1 large Tomato(diced)
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro(chopped)
