  • 2 teaspoons Seven spice blend
  • 0.5 teaspoon Allspice
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 4 cups Water or vegetable broth
  • 0.5 cup Tomato sauce
