  • 2 cups All-purpose flour(for the dough)
  • 1 cup Shrimp stock or fish stock(for the dough)
  • 1 cup Milk(for the dough)
  • 2 tbsp Butter(for the dough)
  • 1 pinch Salt(for the dough)
  • 1 pinch Black pepper(for the dough)
  • 2 large Eggs(beaten, for egg wash)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs(for coating)
  • 1 l Vegetable oil(for frying)
