- 2 lbs Whole fish (snapper, grouper)(cleaned and scaled)
- 1 sliced Lime
- 2 sliced Tomatoes
- 1 sliced Onion
- 1 sliced Bell pepper
- 2 minced Garlic cloves
- 2 Thyme sprigs
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- 0.5 tsp Allspice
- 0.5 tsp Hot sauce(optional)
- 0.25 cup Water
