A traditional Belarusian meat aspic, often made with pork or beef, slow-cooked to extract gelatin for a firm, savory jelly. It's typically served cold with horseradish or mustard.

Place the pork hock/trotters and beef in a large pot. Cover with cold water and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam or impurities that rise to the surface.
