- 4 cloves Garlic cloves(minced)
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Flour
- 5 cups Vegetable broth(low sodium)
- 1 cup Milk
- 0.5 cup Heavy cream
- 0.25 cup Parsley(fresh, chopped, for garnish)
