๐จโ๐ณ Instructions

Add the 1 pound of rotini pasta to the boiling water and cook al dente according to package directions, approximately 7-8 minutes.
- 3
Drain the cooked pasta thoroughly in a colander.

In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup each of Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast), paprika (or chili powder), and garlic powder (or similar white powder) to create your seasoning blend. Reserve a small amount of this blend for later garnish.

Air fry for approximately 15 minutes, pausing to toss the pasta every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking and crispiness, until golden brown and crunchy.
- 9
Remove the crunchy pasta chips from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving bowl.
